Job Description

Role Purpose
Dyson is seeking a dynamic Assistant Communications Manager to lead Product Communications across Greater China, with additional responsibility for Internal Communications. This role will position Dyson as the benchmark for engineering-led innovation, drive consumer preference, and strengthen employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Product Communications 
Develop and execute integrated communications strategies for new product launches (NPD).
Localize messaging to resonate with regional consumer priorities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with tier-1 and tier-2 media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
Secure impactful coverage that reinforces Dyson’s innovation leadership and premium positioning.
Partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
