Assistant Construction Division Head

JOB SUMMARY:

The Assistant Construction Division Head assists in managing Construction Division operations.  Helps ensure that all operational and commercial aspects involved in the Construction Division are managed in line with the company's vision & mission and yearly strategic direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;

A. TECHNICAL

1. Sets strategic long-term and short-term Division goals and evaluates outcomes.
2. Assists the Construction Division Head in effectively managing and leading the Construction Division to meet project contract agreements and, more importantly, the company's goals and objectives.
3. Assists in risk assessment and control studies and directs implementation of actions.
4. Assists in developing effective project controls.
5. Research and reports on economic, legal, and other factors that may impact project success.
