Duties and Responsibilities:
To carry out taking off quantities, site measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities in Tender Document.
To assist in monitoring materials.
To assist in preparation of progress payment to sub-contractor.
To source for new supplier and sub-contractor and assist in record keeping and filing system.
To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Quality Systems.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibility as so instructed by the superior.
Requirements:
Diploma in Quantity Survey / Building or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experiences in similar capacity.
Good knowledge of tender, contracts administration, planning and cost control.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
