Maintain and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), adjusting to operational needs.
Oversee manpower planning, induction, skills development, career growth, and retention.
Manage employees effectively while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Drive employee and customer engagement initiatives and process improvements.
Ensure statutory compliance, conduct risk assessments, manage emergencies, and liaise with clients on contract services.
Develop systems and programs to enhance quality, optimize equipment and material use, and improve labor productivity.
