At Sunray Construction & Interior Sdn Bhd, we are a leading construction and interior fit‑out company based at Kuala Lumpur, and we’re looking for an Assistant Contract Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor with C&S, Architectural or ID experience to join our team based in Johor Bahru .

In this role, you will be responsible to oversee the cost estimation, tendering, and financial management of our construction and interior fit‑out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, contract administration, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget.
