Assistant Contract Manager (Tender focus)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and compilation of tender submissions including technical proposals, pricing, and contractual terms. Analyse tender documents (e.g. drawings, specifications, conditions of contract) and identify risks, clarifications, and requirements. Coordinate with internal departments (QS, engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (consultants, suppliers, subcontractors) to gather tender inputs. Ensure accurate and timely submission of tenders in accordance with client requirements. Maintain and update the tender tracking system, and support pre- and post-tender clarifications. Assist in cost estimation, BOQ review, and value engineering proposals. Support the Contract Manager in negotiating terms and conditions for awarded contracts. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in tender and contract processes. Requirements:
