Role Summary
Thriveworks is seeking a
hands‑on Assistant Controller
to help scale and strengthen the accounting function within a
fast‑growing, multi‑entity healthcare organization
. This is a
manager‑level role
for someone who is equally comfortable
leading people, owning outcomes, and diving into the details
when needed.
This role is
not
suited for someone who prefers rigid SOPs or narrowly defined tasks. Success in this role requires
initiative, sound judgment, and the ability to figure things out
in a dynamic, evolving environment.
