Assistant Controller

We are seeking a highly hands‑on and operational Assistant Controller to support the financial and day‑to‑day accounting operations of our dealership. This role is ideal for a strong accounting professional who enjoys being involved in inventory, cash flow management, reporting, and process oversight. The Assistant Controller will work closely with the Controller and dealership leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operational & Accounting Oversight

• Support and oversee daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in a high‑volume dealership environment
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities
