About the role

We're looking for an Assistant Cook (Thai Cuisine) to join the team at Thai Dayo Soi' in San Fernando Pampanga. This is a full-time position where you'll work closely with our experienced Head Chef to help prepare and cook delicious Thai dishes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef or team leads in the preparation and cooking of a variety of Thai dishes
• Ensuring all dishes are prepared according to traditional Thai recipes and presentation standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Checking inventory levels and communicating supply needs to the Head Chef
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer queries or requests
