Assistant Cook

Required Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate or with Culinary / Food Service training
• With proven experience as an Assistant Cook, Kitchen Staff, or similar role
• Knowledgeable in basic cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations
• Familiar with food safety and sanitation standards
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
• Efficient in ingredient preparation
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
• Team player with good communication skills

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in restaurant, hotel, or resort kitchen
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
