The Victim Service Assistant Coordinator in Southend is a half‑time position attached to the Southend RCMP detachment, and is responsible to ensure the delivery of quality service to clients within the RCMP detachment area. This position is based on 20 hours a week, with potential for more hours.
Duties include overall management of a police‑affiliated Victim Service program; recruitment, training and supervision of volunteers; collaboration with community partners; and direct service delivery.
