: Supporting the team You will be working side-by-side with the team to ensure the success of a project – from the tendering stage, to design phase to construction, and to completion. The projects are many and varied, including variations in project dollar value and complexity. You will be exposed to Fit-outs & Refurbishments for both Tenants and Landlords in Commercial, Retail, lndustrial, Hospitality and Education. Managing multiple projects concurrently Do you enjoy multi-tasking Several projects are on-going at various stages hence you will have to coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure no downtime during works. You will be involved from preparing project specifications and project timeline, preparing tender or bid documents and vendor procurement as well as weekly project reports and updates to be submitted the stakeholders.
