Assistant Credit Control

Goal Achievements:
Prepare & record Tax Invoice/Invoice.
Prepare & compile all necessary supporting documents for Tax Inv/Inv submission.
Assist to follow-up & record payment collection for On-Going projects. (Not more than 100 nos)
Assist to follow-up payment collection & record for all SFA projects. (Not more than 50 nos)
Assist to follow-up payment collection & record for all Retention Sum projects. (Not more than 100 nos)
Arrange & record collection of payment (Cheques) via despatch/courrier service/own collection.
Arrange delivery & record of Tax Invoice via despatch/courrier service/own collection.
Highlight any payment collection issues to CCE whenever necessary.
Liaise closely and adhere to the direct Superior/Line of Reporting Superiors.
Assist CCE/SCC for any other tasks (case to case).
Submit all necessary report as requested by direct superior/ line of reporting Superiors.
