assistant crewing manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering

· Licensed Marine Officer (Engine) is an Advantage

· With professional experience in ship crewing, crew operations or manning agency work is an advantage

· At least 2-3 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manning Agency is an advantage

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

· Assists Crewing Manager in communications with Principals/Shipmanagement and Agents and other related concerns.

· Screens and conduct technical interview of new applicant

· Records, prepares and submits summary reports of Recruitment, Seafarer's Debriefing forms and other operational reports if necessary

· Assist crew for Principal required Online interviews and Examinations

· Assist in sourcing and proposing candidates to Principal

· Updates SMS Manual of Principal/Shipmanagement

· Reports to Crewing Manager
