Assistant Customer Service Manager

PARCO is seeking applications for the following position for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd. PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence. The position is planned for Customer Services Department of the Company.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 16 years of education in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with up to 8 years of relevant experience in After-Sales Service, Customer Support, or Sales Operations, including:
A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to provide a one-window solution to customers.
Hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office.
Understanding of basic financial transactions including invoicing, debit/credit notes, tax challans, and receivables.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary back-office support, owning the entire order-to-cash cycle.
Coordinate closely with internal support teams to deliver efficient After Sales Service as per defined SLAs.
