In this position, you will:
Responsible for customer service digital strategy operation and project management, and promote digital intelligence transformation and construction.

Responsible for the construction of digital intelligent tools in the field of customer service, empowering frontline production and complaint handling, and facilitating high-quality services and high-precision marketing.

Responsible for the construction of customer tags and customer portraits, building a precise and scalable data model based on users, and effectively supporting customer insights and refined business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems related disciplines or equivalent

At least 6 years relevant experience in system development or mobile telecom industry, candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Data Analyst
