The University of Perpetual Help System Laguna is currently in need of ASSISTANT DEAN for COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Dean in planning, developing, and implementing academic programs, curricula, and policies within the Engineering Department.
• Monitor student performance and provide recommendations for academic interventions, enrichment, and retention strategies.
• Participate in program review, accreditation, and internal quality audits.

Requirements:

• Preferably with PhD and must be a graduate of Master's degree in Engineering aligned with his/her Bachelor's degree

• With PRC license

• Must have at least 3 years teaching experience in any engineering program

• Must have at least 3 years academic experience as assistant dean or program chair in any prestigious HEI

• Must have at least 3 years of relevant industry experience
