Responsibilities

Learning Excellence and Innovation

• Shape strategic positioning as a Centre of Excellence for Community Leadership Development by developing comprehensive learning excellence frameworks that align with national community development priorities and strategic objectives.
• Lead strategic deployment of evidence-based pedagogical innovations that enhance community leadership capabilities across diverse demographic and cultural contexts in Singapore.
• Drive efforts to strengthen learning transfer and applications through Ops-Training Integration.
• Design and implement outcome measurement frameworks to validate training effectiveness and demonstrate impact across all programmes, ensuring continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
