Responsibilities:
Develop and implement evidence-based learning frameworks, pedagogical innovations, and outcome measurement systems to position the institute as a Centre of Excellence in community leadership development.
Design and execute enterprise-wide learning capability strategies, strengthen adult learning expertise among facilitators, and establish knowledge repositories to support curriculum design and delivery.
Integrate learning technologies with pedagogy, establish frameworks for tech adoption, and enhance learner engagement and training effectiveness.
Forge strategic partnerships with academic and industry stakeholders, lead research-informed initiatives, and translate emerging trends into impactful community leadership programmes.
