Cape Breton University and Dalhousie have partnered to establish the Cape Breton Medical Campus in Sydney, Nova Scotia, with the goal of enhancing healthcare delivery in rural communities. CBMC aims to train a new generation of physicians skilled in family medicine, rural practice, and Indigenous health, contributing to Nova Scotia’s evolving health reform agenda.

We are seeking an Assistant Dean, Student & Resident Affairs to provide leadership and support to students and residents at CBMC. This is a 0.5 FTE (for July 1, 2026 with pivot to 0.7 FTE by 2027) position requiring flexibility to work within the CBMC schedule structure.
