Assistant/ Deputy Manager - Workshop Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Asset Operations Manager is accountable for the complete lifecycle management of Chai Point‘s brewing machines (Brewing Bots) within the warehouse network. Operating from Bengaluru and overseeing 6 pan-India warehouses, this role owns machine receipt, CAPEX condition assessment, refurbishment, quality control, spare parts management for in-warehouse repairs, and asset allocation tracking. The manager leads a distributed QC team and works cross-functionally with logistics, field operations, and supplier partners to ensure deployment-ready assets at all times.
