Eligibility
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably Master’s in Computer Science from an HEC-recognized institute/university. Relevant certifications in UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, AI/ML, or Project Management are preferred.

Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Skills
Strong knowledge of RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere)
Understanding of AI/ML, OCR, NLP, and automation workflows
Process mapping, reengineering, and optimization skills
Project, stakeholder, and compliance management with strong documentation skills
Experience
Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, RPA, AI, or IT projects. Preference for banking/financial services experience. Hands-on experience in delivering automation projects from idea to deployment.
