Job Description
Qualification & Experience:
Essential
BE / B.Sc in Engineering (Civil/Related fields) from an HEC recognized university with minimum 5-7 years' of service experience in multinational construction firms. Organization like NHA, CDA, FWO and NLC.
Desirable
MS / MSc in Structure Engineering from a recognized HEC university and CMES course from recognized institute / department.
Key Responsibilities
Shall assist Director Works on financial, technical and administrative matters.
Shall ensure implementation of policies of Director Works, keeping in view the technical and financial regulations.
Ensure operation and management of facilities at H-12, Islamabad to include electricity, water supply, Sui gas HVAC system and services.
Dispose off old stock and unserviceable stores / machinery in consultation with Dir Works.
To maintain record of NUST buildings, roads and all installations.
Preparation of demand of maintenance budget.
