Assistant Director (Data Analysis)

What the role is:

You lead a team of analysts in providing longer term and forward-looking data research and analysis into maritime security threats.

What you will be working on:

• Apply data analytic techniques to exploit existing data
• Discover new data sources for trending and deeper insights
• Apply insights practically to secure the maritime domain
• Proactively engage with national agencies and external entities
• Ensure team remains current with appropriate technologies

Challenge(s)

• Being innovative and resourceful in discovering and applying various methods
• Collaborating effectively across teams and agencies

What we are looking for:

• At least 6 years of experience in Data science or analysis-related appointments (e.g., Section Head in Data Science or Joint Research Department or equivalent)
