Assistant Director, Data Analytics

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced quantitative analysis and programme evaluation using rigorous, defensible methodologies to inform policy and service planning
  Provide strategic oversight of business intelligence and analytics to deliver timely, high-quality insights across programmes
  Partner with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies to shape analytics priorities and evaluation frameworks
• Lead the design and execution of major programme evaluations, including methodology development, analysis and reporting
• Oversee development of data products (e.g. dashboards, datasets, geospatial and advanced analytics tools) to support decision-making
