                    Support the planning and development of strategic tourism initiatives, with a strong emphasis on execution, follow‑through, and delivery against timelines 
Translate strategic intent into clear action plans, milestones, and ownership, ensuring progress is tracked and issues are surfaced early 
Maintain and manage business scorecards to provide timely and actionable insights to support strategic decision‑making 
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment, balancing agility with execution quality 
 Integration & Stakeholder Collaboration  Act as an integrator across teams, connecting internal domain experts, leadership, and external partners to drive aligned outcomes
