Job Responsibilities
Support the Executive Director, Food & Beverage, in developing succession planning initiatives.
Assist outlets in preparing and submitting budget requirements.
Coordinate and implement marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth.
Ensure outlets comply with relevant legislation and regulations, including HACCP and occupational health and safety standards.
Conduct competitor surveys and provide regular feedback to the Food & Beverage Management Team.
Analyse productivity and maximize team synergies.
Establish systems for clear, timely, and accurate communication across all levels to enhance decision-making.
Create an environment that incorporates customer feedback into planning and operations.
