Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement

This position plays a key role in strengthening connections between Middlebury and its alumni community through strategic program development, events, and volunteer engagement. The position leads and coordinates initiatives across the alumni engagement portfolio and partners with team members and campus stakeholders to design and deliver high‑quality on‑campus, regional, and virtual programs that foster meaningful and long‑term alumni involvement.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible, salaried position with a hiring range of $56,702 - $70,908 per year.


Core Responsibilities:

+ Plan and execute assigned alumni programs and events, including regional gatherings, virtual programs, and select on-campus events, which may include Homecoming, Alumni College, Volunteer Weekend, or reunions for student clubs, academic major or other interest and affinity groups.
