Assistant Director of Esports

The Assistant Director of Esports assists in providing vision, leadership, and planning of activities within the Esports Center. This position provides skill development, training, supervision, and educational support to students and other individuals utilizing the facility. The Assistant Director supports the Director in the day-to-day operations of the Esports Center, including oversight of competitive team operations, academy development, esports intramurals, various community events, camps, and organized esports programming and game nights to increase visibility and engagement within the university and broader community.

Florida Institute of Technology is a member of the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE). In upholding the University’s tradition of ethical conduct, the Assistant Director of Esports represents the University professionally and honorably and ensures compliance with institutional, NACE, and applicable federal policies and protocols.
