Duties Description Assistant Director, Facilities Operations
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Parks Operations Shared Services, the Assistant Director of Facilities Operations oversees facilities management and warehouse operations across BPCA owned and managed parks and open spaces. The role further contributes to essential operational functions, including procurement, inventory management, safety initiatives, system software support, coordination of construction and event information. As with all positions at BPCA, the Assistant Director will consistently exemplify and promote the organization’s core values, mission, and culture.
Essential Duties:
Manage the oversight of facilities maintenance to ensure compliance, efficient operations and priority on preventative maintenance, ., HVAC, sprinkler standpipes, roll up doors, and elevators.
