**The Role**

At Iconic **Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus** , we are seeking an **Assistant Director of Finance** to support the effective management of the hotel’s financial operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth month-end closings, and strong financial controls, while supporting and guiding the Finance team in line with Hilton standards.

Reporting to the **Director of Finance** , the Assistant Director of Finance will contribute to operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement within the Finance Department.
