Assistant Director of Harvest Operations

As the Assistant Director of Harvest Operations, you will play a key role in managing and aligning the harvest operations of our primary raw material—peat moss—across Canada. You will support the implementation of strategic directions, the standardization of methods, and the continuous improvement of processes, working closely with field teams and internal leadership groups. This position is ideal for an experienced operations leader who is driven by innovation, strategic planning, and who enjoys being hands‑on and close to their teams.
