Assistant Director of Homecare - Repairs

Are you a natural leader with a passion for delivering excellent repair and maintenance services? We’re looking for a dedicatedAssistant Director of HomeCare – Repairs to lead our repairs team, drive service improvement, and ensure our customers receive the highest quality care for their homes.

You’ll lead the delivery of the responsive repairs, minor works teams across Abri and be accountable for the delivery of high-quality property Response Repairs Service, Minor Repairs, Specialist Repairs, Damp, Mould & Disrepair, department complaint handling across Octavia/London housing stock (c5000).

You’ll play a key role within Abri where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to create a seamless, customer-focused service that balances efficiency, quality, and value for money as well as ensuring that we’re compliant and adhere to policy and all regulatory requirements.
