Assistant Director of Marketing

Position Summary Assistant Director of Marketing is responsible for supporting the Director of Marketing and collaborating with the Marketing Team to develop and implement a ministry-wide marketing strategy that aligns with Our Daily Bread Ministries Canada’s mission and vision. The role requires experience in all areas of marketing, including website design/management, social media, analytics, content writing, print marketing, church engagement, and strategic planning. The assistant will help raise awareness, engage followers and stakeholders, strengthen the brand, and support fundraising and programmatic goals.

Essential Functions

Write clear, compelling, mission‑aligned content for web, email, social media, print materials, and marketing campaigns using the brand’s tone and voice.

Create and adapt content in both English and French for national audiences.
