**Key Responsibilities** **Sales & Business Development**

+ Assist the Director of Sales in setting and executing the hotel’s sales strategy across Rooms, Meetings & Events, and F&B outlets.
+ Develop and manage key accounts to maximize overall revenue potential, including corporate, leisure, MICE, social events, and local partnerships.
+ Proactively identify and develop F&B business opportunities, including group dining, special events, catering, weddings, and partnerships with local communities.
+ Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to drive F&B promotions, seasonal campaigns, and media exposure.
+ Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment to strengthen relationships and generate new business.

**Revenue Generation & Reporting**

+ Work closely with Revenue Management to align sales efforts with pricing and revenue strategies.
