==> Degree in any discipline
==> At least 10 years of working experience as a manager in facilities management/building/hospitality/environment preferred
==> Driven, passionate and service-oriented
==> Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills
==> Initiative, able to take pressure, multi-task and work independently

Job Scope:

==> Assist the Deputy Director in achieving the goals and objectives of the department
==> Lead a team of Mangers and Senior Executives in delivering excellent customer care
==> Ensure smooth operations in F&B Services, Kitchen Operations, Fleet Services, Housekeeping, Pest Control etc
==> Responsible for budgeting, recruitment, training and overall performance of departments
==> Lead and implement improvement projects
