Assistant Director, Structured Finance, Investment Banking

Bank of China Singapore Branch (BOCSG) is looking to hire an Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director/ Deputy Director for its Structured Finance Team, housed under the Investment Banking Department, as part of the branch’s Investment Banking Division (the Division). In this job you will play an active advisory role in the management of the Structured Finance team's origination, structuring and execution of Project Finance, Structured Export Finance/ ECA.
As part of the Division's ambition in providing strategic advice across M&A, Capital Markets and Debt solutions to BOCSG’s highest tier of global clients across all sectors, the Structured Finance team drives event-driven, transformational, complex debt financing transactions.
