As an Assistant Director / Senior Assistant Director in the Land Policy Division in the Ministry of Law, you will drive the development and review of legislation, policies, and strategies, to optimise land use for Singapore’s social and economic development.

The key policy areas you may be involved in include:

• Optimisation and Management of State land and properties
• Land Sales and Lease Administration
• Acquisition and safeguarding of land for public purposes
• Property registration and Collective Sales
• Safeguarding of residential land
