Join our leadership team where you will coach and develop your warehouse management team, build a culture of servant leadership, and remain very hands-on with the entire warehouse associates along with a team of dedicated fleet drivers. You will focus on engagement, building a 'One Team' culture, reducing turnover and driving performance that delivers on our Stockholder, Customer and Associate promises.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ 3+ years in a management role, with direct and indirect reports
+ 1+ years of experience in a high volume distribution center
+ Exposure to Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
+ Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement while driving performance.
+ Administration Experience (Workday/Kronos)
+ SAP Operating System Experience, proficiency with MS Excel and reporting.
