Job Description

Reporting to the Divisional Youth Manager you will assist in providing leadership, direction and support to Youth Leaders and members in our Kawakawa Youth division. A team player with well‑honed organisational skills, you will help to ensure the delivery of a high quality program which enhances the personal development of its members, whilst helping to identify the potential in individuals.

About the role:

• Assist to ensure the leadership team is aware of and has access to required and available resources
• Help with administration, developing newsletters, consent forms, etc.
• Support the division in actively working toward the goals set out in the Regional Business Plan
• Promote attendance at required courses, meetings, and training workshops, and contribute toward ensuring information and training is shared within the division
