Assistant, eDC Inventory Control

The eDC Inventory Control Assistant is responsible to process inventory adjustments and control to make sure high inventory quality. Monitor the status and level of stocks, maintain sufficient inventory based on consumption, and maintain real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions. Generate, review, and submit financial inventory reports.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure real-time, accurate, and complete records of all inventory transactions, and perform physical and system inventory reconciliation.
• Process inventory adjustments and control to make sure high inventory quality while maintaining operational compliance in accordance with organization's customer standard.
• Ensure the process of quality physical and system inventory of items based on the Standard Operating Procedure is done properly.
