Job Description

                    Assistant EngineerHeadquartersHKCMIXApplyResponsibility
Solve, analyze and record system issues for International Data Center
Inspect, Test and Trouble shooting for system or servers issue
Prepare system performance record
Ensure compliance with operation rules in managing customers' equipment
Resolve customer enquiries
Requirements
Degree in Telecommunications/ Electronic Communications or related discipline
Minimum 2 years' working experience in Data Center/IT industry is preferred
Possess CCNP / CCNA certificates is a definite advantage
Well-organized, proactive and team-player
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
