Assistant Engineer

**Job Description Summary**

Support yield improvement activities coverage on all shifts in Dip Room and First Inspection and Packaging / Cartoning. Focus on identification of defects at source, root causes and immediate corrective actions to support plant Quality and Cost improvement goals and opportunities.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**



+ Monitor and evaluate defects at source

+ Failure investigation

+ Identify opportunities to support cost/quality improvements

+ Scrap analysis

+ To execute assignments given and report the progress

+ Management of product and process validations program

+ Promote positive and healthy working environment within the Department

+ Tracking, coordinating and follow up on FI, CAPA and procedure

+ Other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor
