Assistant Engineer (Power Maintenance)

Job Purpose
The Assistant Engineer, Power Maintenance works in a team to operate, maintain, and repair power system equipment in compliance with departmental quality objectives, procedures, and safety standards to ensure safe and reliable train services for commuters. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team in preventive and corrective maintenance of power system equipment
Plan maintenance schedules and staff rosters with the Engineering Maintenance Manager
Provide technical guidance and ensure all records, manuals, and drawings are updated
Support engineering analysis, safety investigations, and testing activities
Oversee repair, upgrading, and modification works prepare completion reports
Attend Permit-to-Work (PTW) / Permit-to-Access (PTA) requirements
Perform rotating shift duties as required
Carry out other related duties as assigned
