Assistant Engineer – RCM

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, assign and supervise the work for a group of people at Plant & workshop.
• Coordinate and supervise the staff/workers by assisting them in solving problems encountered in the work
• Request material and to ensure a proper operating condition of material and equipment, and the availability of adequate material, equipment and toolbox at production floor i.e. welding set, hammer & etc...
• Receive drawing, coordinate & liaison with planner
• Ensure cutting, fitting, welding, follow the drawing requirements
• Compile daily time sheets and reports.
• Conduct toolbox briefing once a week.
• Provide job training to team.
• Make sure a safety working environment takes place.
• Responsible for any accident happening and report to safety immediately.
• To control steel material, need to use for mould fabrication
• Estimate the material required and manpower required
