Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, presentation, and resolve issues.
Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating records and tracking order/delivery statuses.
Reporting and Analytics:
Generate breakdown/energy reports, forecasts, and aircon performance metrics for the sales team and customer.
Analyze airconditioning data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team, engineering team, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.
Coordinate with customer to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Sales Process Management:
Assist in managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
Support the implementation of sales strategies and campaigns.
