Your Job
Responsible for varieties of thermal design and development of high-speed connectors and cable assemblies in networking, data communications and telecommunications areas. Leads the thermal design activities through collaboration with cross-function teams and following Molex product development processes.

What You Will Do
Support development and validation of cooling solutions (air cooling, liquid cooling, heat sinks, thermal interface materials)
Conduct thermal testing and data collection to ensure compliance with performance requirements.
Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal and customer review.
Assist in thermal design and troubleshooting for Molex CSBU product, including optical transceiver, cage and liquid cooling product.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize thermal performance.
Calibrate, management and maintain thermal testing equipment.
