We’re recruiting for an Assistant Engineering Manager to join our team, based in Aylesbury. This site‑based role assists the Engineering Manager and works closely with the Construction team for day‑to‑day matters. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying and mitigating key engineering risks and issues.
• Reviewing low‑risk Work Package Plans (RAMS) and ITPs on behalf of the Engineering Management Team.
• Coordinating with Quality, Environmental and Designer’s Construction Support teams as required.
