Prepare and evaluate budgets, bids and contracts, and direct the negotiation.
Review and recommend or approve contracts and costs estimates.

Analyze HVAC and refrigeration problems and implement effective, timely solutions.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians and contractors across restaurant locations.
