I’m working with a well-structured, highly respected Luxury Residential contractor in West London who is looking to bring in an Assistant Estimator to support their growing pipeline of high-end work.

This isn’t a “sit in the corner and measure” role.

You’ll be properly involved.

Properly supported.

Properly developed.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Speaking directly with specialist subcontractors
• Securing competitive rates on premium materials
• Working alongside an experienced Senior Estimator and commercial team
• ️ Visiting sites when needed to fully understand the build
